CarersConnected are dedicated to ensure the young person feels respected safe and valued

The CarersConnected group offer a zoom session every Tuesday evening from 6.30-7.30 pm, on the zoom sessions we do a range of different activities, the young person could just pop on for a chat if they wish!, The group aim to meet up quarterly for events to which this will be fully for

​

We aim to reduce the feeling of social isolation for the young person and to grow friendships 

​
