About CarersConnected
CarersConnected is a European Solidarity Corps Project, our team aims to provide support services for young carers and young adult carers. This portal is in place to equip young people with support methods on diverse topics such as cooking recipes. Our portal also offers basic first aid tips, and time management tools, this will include tips on how to balance your care responsibilities with your social life and spending time with family and friends. The portal also offers well-being resources, this will consist of information on of mindfulness activities.
